How It Works

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Process

  1. Drop Off Your Screens
    Stop by our shop and bring your screens. If we’re there, we’ll greet you and take them in. If not, use our drop box out front.

  2. Check-In (If After Hours)
    Scan the QR code and fill out your info so we can match your screens to your order.

  3. Evaluation & Pricing
    We’ll inspect your screens and determine if they need a rescreen or full replacement. Non-standard options like pet mesh, solar screens, or specialty frame colors may have an additional cost.

  4. Payment

    • If you drop off in person: we’ll collect payment on the spot.

    • If you use the drop box: we’ll send you an invoice to pay online.

  5. We Get to Work
    Once payment is received, we’ll complete your screens (typically within 24 hours, Mon-Fri).

  6. Pickup Anytime
    We’ll text you when your screens are ready. They’ll be placed in our pickup box so you can grab them whenever it’s convenient, even after hours!
